How it works

Admin starts a timed Focus Session → linked Member devices enter Focus Mode until the timer ends or the Admin ends the session.

Step 01

Register & get your code

Create an account with username and password. Every new user gets their own Admin group and a unique 6-character Referral Code.

Step 02

Invite members

Share your Referral Code. Members paste it under Enter Referral Admin Code to link to your group.

Step 03

Start Focus Session

On Home, pick 1, 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes and tap Start Focus Session. Linked devices enter Focus together.

Step 04

Stay present

Members see a live countdown and Focus screen. When time is up — or the Admin ends the session — everyone returns to normal use.

One Admin action starts a quiet window across linked devices. Members see a full-screen Focus experience with a live MM:SS countdown, while distracting apps stay blocked until the session ends.

Two roles

Every user gets their own Admin group when they sign up, with a unique Referral Code.

Admin

Created automatically on sign-up. Share your Referral Code, see linked members, start timed Focus Sessions, and review session history.

Member

Join by entering another Admin’s Referral Code. When that Admin starts Focus, your device enters Focus Mode with a live countdown.

The same person can be Admin of their own group and Member of one other Admin’s group at a time. Joining a new Admin code moves them to the new group and removes them from the previous one.
